Post Consumer Pallet Stretch film

R-PROTON FILM

Since September 2020, our company has started producing post-consumer stretch film under the brand name r-PROTON. Starting from simple post-consumer material called r-proton 1, it has reached the production of higher quality post-consumer materials called r-proton 3 and r-proton 5, thus expanding the range of applications that post-consumer products can be used in the future. The thickness of our post-consumer products is 23mi for r-proton 1 and r-proton 3, 17mi-23mi for r-proton 5.

R - PROTON 1 (23mi)

DESCIRPTION

Our new stretch film R-PROTON 23mi which is produced by certified post-consumer raw material in percentage 30% focuses on applications such as beverage industries, tiles, paper industries, wood, metal industries, food industries and cement products with core brake machines and semi-automatic or automatic stretch wrapping machines with rotating platform with prestretch which can be achieved from 70% to 90% of prestretch ratio, so, the final result is a stable pallet with medium holding force.

ADVANTAGES

This film which is supplied in the thickness of 23mi has a characteristic grey color because it is produced by post-consumer raw material of brown color. The main advantages of our film are the good dart impact, the high tear resistance and the minimum number of holes which cannot be avoided because the film is produced by post-consumer raw material.

R - PROTON 3 (23mi)

Our new stretch film R-PROTON 3 23mi which is produced by certified post-consumer raw material in percentage 30% focuses on applications such as beverage industries, tiles, paper industries, wood, metal industries, food industries and cement products with semi-automatic or automatic stretch wrapping machines with rotating platform and prestretch which can be achieved until 160% of prestretch ratio, so, the final result is a stable pallet with good holding force

 Our new stretch film R-PROTON 5 which is produced by certified post-consumer raw material in percentage 30% focuses on applications such as beverage industries, tiles, paper industries, wood, metal industries, food industries and cement products with semiautomatic or automatic stretch wrapping machines with rotating platform and rotating arm with prestretch which can be achieved from 170% to 280% of prestretch ratio so the final
result is a stable pallet with good holding force.

This film which is supplied in the thickness from 17mi to 23mi has a characteristic grey color because it is produced by post-consumer raw material of brown color (Fig. 1). The main advantages of our film are the very good dart impact, the high tear resistance, the very good holding force and the minimum number of holes which cannot be avoided because the material is produced by post-consumer raw material.

DESCIRPTION

Our new stretch film R-Proton Prestretched Stretch film which is produced by certified post-consumer raw material in percentage 30% is appropriate for hand applications. The main characteristics of this film which is produced in 7mi thickness is the high dart impact and tear resistance and the very good holding force.
